Awards for Injury to feelings

The Vento bands set the rate of compensation for injury to feelings awards in discrimination cases. From 6 April 2023, the lower band will increase to £1,100 - £11,200; the middle band will be £11,200 - £33,700 and the upper band will be £33,700- £56,200.
